Rhythm 93.7FM PH on-air personality, writer and motivational speaker, Ifeoma ‘Iphie’ Aggrey-Fynn, was shot dead by armed robbers along Aba-Port Harcourt expressway on Tuesday.
The Ghanaian-born Iphie, who is also a blogger, had gone to see her parents in Aba, the commercial city of Abia State, and was on her way back to Port Harcourt when their bus was attacked by armed robbers.
Reports say that as the driver attempted to speed away, the gunmen opened fire on the bus, killing Iphie.It is not yet known if there were any other causalities or injuries.
Iphie’s death comes just a few days to her June 8 birthday. Iphie was loved and admired by her friends and listeners.
