MH370: Hopes dashed in search for missing airline after wreckage found in sea turns out to be shipwreck

As the search for the missing flight continues, debris in the search area has been identified as a shipwreck

Investigators searching for the remains of flight MH370 have revealed debris found on the bottom of the Indian Ocean is from a shipwreck.
The Fugro Equator surveying the southern part of the search area picked up a cluster of small sonar detections which had 'potential interest'.
Scans from the Fugro Equator shows debris around 4km - almost 2.5 miles - down on the ocean floor, with items ranging from the size of a cricket ball to around 6m long.
